Yellow Dog Conspiracy

We’re excited to welcome Yellow Dog Conspiracy to the Anaconda Media roster. We’re working with the Portuguese hard-rock band on their latest single, March, as they build towards their planned album, Liberation.

March keeps the band’s classic hard-rock foundations while pushing their sound into more progressive territory. Inspired by the student-led March for Our Lives movement, the track confronts gun violence and calls for peace, solidarity and action. Its title reflects both the movement itself and the idea of moving forward together.

Formed in 2013, Yellow Dog Conspiracy draw on influences including Guns N’ Roses, Mötley Crüe, Winger and Van Halen, combining guitar-driven rock with an outspoken, rebellious spirit.

Their previous album, Confrontation, explored conflict with governments, other people and ourselves. Produced by Brad Cox, with Mike Clink — known for his work with Guns N’ Roses — serving as executive producer, it established the band’s appetite for tackling subjects beyond the personal.

They’ve also taken that energy to stages across Portugal and beyond, opening for Winger and Harem Scarem in Lisbon, and Dan Reed Network in Lisbon and Madrid. UK appearances include Camden Rocks Festival and Manchester Rock Fest.

Produced, recorded, mixed and mastered by Joe Castanheira, March is an independent release and the latest step towards Liberation. We’re excited to be part of this next chapter.
